Bridge Meadows brings the generations together to improve health and well-being through meaning, purpose, and belonging. Built around the concept of interdependence, our affordable housing communities support children who have experienced the foster care system, their adoptive families, and elder who serve as mentors. With stable, affordable housing, an onsite licensed clinician, and a shared social purpose of supporting foster youth, Bridge Meadows residents are able to overcome the effects of trauma and social isolation to improve their quality of life.
